Shipping policy
All orders are usually processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You may experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [list the locations where in-store pickup is available]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within X to X business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are [store hours] on [available days of the week]. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Canada, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Trinidad & Tobago, Ukraine, & the United Kingdom.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jonathan@bazdental.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
According to a FAQ article published by USPS on Feb. 27, 2021, private shipping carriers such as UPS are not able to deliver to a P.O. box. Only the U.S. Postal Service® is able to deliver mail to a P.O. Box. Before ordering, please confirm to ensure this information is still relevant.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If your order was unused (packaging not open and no wear and tear on the product), we accept returns for bäz credit. Simply contact us @ jonathan@bazdental.com and we will be in touch regarding next steps.
